I'd like to take a second to recognize how amazing FABbot is to stand behind their products along with offering amazing customer service! I bought their mounts and power steering line kit back in February of this year and JUST got my swap done a week ago. After getting it from the exhaust shop, I put roughly an hour of run time on the truck and the pressure line came apart. I messaged them here on Facebook late yesterday afternoon not expecting a response until today but, they replied, asked for my order number and issued me an invoice number for the updated hose and sent me an email all on a Sunday night! So, if you need anything for your swaps and they offer it, buy it from them!
These guys have the best customer service I have ever experienced from any parts company in my life. I made one order and the second time I called back I was looking for a short throw shifter. The phone rang twice was instantly answered by “hello Kameryn I suppose you’re looking for a shifter today?” I was absolutely mind blown Are they knew me by first name and even knew what I was looking for!!! 11/10 Would recommend for any of your adapter needs!
I am doing a complete engine swap on a Colorado, and I have purchased numerous times from them so far, including an AR5 adapter kit, clutch line kit, short throw shifter, motor mounts, and some other odds and ends. Every time, the customer service has been top notch - there was one shipping mistake and one item damaged in shipping, but both were corrected quickly and without any issues whatsoever. I also absolutely love how easy it is to get a hold of their tech support - they have a number that you can call, but you can also text it which helps a ton and I find super convenient to be able to refer back to later or even share pictures. The parts are also of exceptional quality. If you're doing any kind of swap that they can support, I definitely recommend giving them your business.
